Steve Percival

Steve Percival
Co-Founder and President

Steve has over 35 years of experience in project management, field operations and estimating in the commercial construction industry. As President of Durotech, he is primarily responsible for directing the firm's preconstruction activities. His open-book and open-door policies foster strong business and employee relationships that have spurred the company's growth and success.

Steve's construction experience includes multi-story office buildings, schools, churches, hospitals, museums, retail centers, industrial warehouses, design/build and fast track facilities.

Steve received his B.S. in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida. He has served as the Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Houston Chapter AGC. He also has served as Vice Chairman of the AIA/AGC Joint Committee, the AGC delegate for the Construction Industry Council and serves on the AGC Political Action Committee. Steve is a member of the Partners of Youth Campaign for the YMCA and has frequently lectured for the University of Houston and the AIA Houston.

David Rowe

David Rowe
Co-Founder and CEO

David has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry and over 20 years as a principal and CEO of Durotech, Inc. His primary responsibilities are management of the company and directing the development of systems and procedures that maximize the use of technology and innovative solutions. David works extensively with clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure quality and value. His determination to reach client budget and facility goals is absolute. Client satisfaction is his number one goal and that means empowering his employees with the tools, knowledge and motivation to do their ideal best on every project.

His experience includes all sectors of commercial and institutional buildings with an emphasis on educational facilities. In addition, he has an extensive background in working with the CM@Risk delivery system.

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Northeast Louisiana University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

D.J. Krause

D.J. Krause
Chief Financial Officer

D J began his career with Durotech in 2009 as Corporate Controller. A year later he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer where his responsibilities include finance, accounting, investments, insurance, legal and human resource management. D J is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned his Master's Degree in Accounting. He has over 25 years of experience with real estate and construction on the development of Master Planned Communities and large commercial construction projects all across the United States.

Mike Cook

Mike Cook
Vice President Estimating Operations

Mike began his career with Durotech in 1995 as Chief Estimator and currently oversees all Estimating Operations. He draws upon a vast well of estimating experience from waste and sewer treatment facilities, office buildings, hotels, sports arenas, religious facilities, fire and police stations, medical facilities and schools. A Graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and over 30 years as a Professional Engineer, Mike is well respected and recognized in the industry as a benchmark for integrity and professionalism.

Bobby Murski

Bobby Murski
Vice President Field Operations

Bobby began his career with Durotech in 1993 as a Field Superintendent. Today Bobby oversees all field operations, safety protocol and our Warranty Department. Bobby is a construction professional with over 34 years of commercial construction experience including multi-story office buildings, educational facilities, religious facilities, medical complexes, sports complexes, shopping malls and retail centers. Bobby serves actively on the Houston Area AGC Safety Committee and Texas Building Branch Safety Committee.

Sidhesh Kakodkar

Sidhesh Kakodkar
Executive Vice President Pre-construction Services

Sidhesh began his career with Durotech in 1997 as a Project Engineer and currently oversees the pre-construction activities including estimating and BIM. After graduating with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Shivaji University, India, Sidhesh worked with a structural consultant in Mumbai, India as a Design Engineer. Sidhesh obtained his M.S. in Civil Engineering (specializing in Structural Engineering) from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, Rapid City in 1993.

He has presented and published papers in the field of Synthetic Fiber Reinforced Concrete and Use of Fly Ash in Concrete. He is also a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty in Building design and Construction (LEEP AP BD+C). In addition to project management, Sidhesh has a tremendous amount of estimating experience in projects related to education, religious facilities, office and medical buildings.

Rick Scott

Rick Scott
Vice President of Project Operations

Rick began his career with Durotech in 2007 as a Project Manager. He was quickly promoted to Project Operations Manager and in 2013 promoted to Vice President of Project Operations. He currently oversees all Project Managers and participates in development of corporate policy and procedure. Rick graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Economics and is a LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP). His 28 years of construction experience include Estimating, Design Coordination, Owner Representative, Project Management and Senior Level Management. Rick has a background in project types ranging from medical, education, fire and police stations, court buildings, office, retail and federal government.
