LifeGift Phase Three A three story plus roof terrace/garden structure of +/- 24,500SF. Foundation is concrete piers with perimeter grade beam and slab on grade. Superstructure is steel frame with composite floor and roof slabs. Exterior skin is composed of cement plaster over continuous insulation on cold-formed metal framing and insulated glazing units in aluminum frames. Roof terrace development consists of an intensive vegetated roof assembly and architectural pavers on pedestals over a waterproof membrane. The building is type II-B construction. Occupancy classification is B. 2. Site development includes concrete paving and walks, landscaping and hardscape, and utility development (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fireline, power). 3.
