LifeGift Phase Three *** Durotech, Inc. is CM @ Risk for this project *** A three story plus roof terrace/garden structure of +/- 24,500SF. Foundation is concrete piers with perimeter grade beam and slab on grade. Superstructure is steel frame with composite floor and roof slabs. Exterior skin is composed of cement plaster over continuous insulation on cold-formed metal framing and insulated glazing units in aluminum frames. Roof terrace development consists of an intensive vegetated roof assembly and architectural pavers on pedestals over a waterproof membrane. The building is type II-B construction. Occupancy classification is B. 2. Site development includes concrete paving and walks, landscaping and hardscape, and utility development (storm sewer, sanitary sewer, domestic water, fireline, power). 3. Harris Fort Bend County ESD 100 Communication and Dispatch Center *** Durotech, Inc. is CM @ Risk for this project *** New 14,066 SF Communication and Dispatch Center for the Harris-Fort Bend ESD #100. The building shall be composed of a concrete slab on grade with concrete masonry/brick veneer exterior with metal stud/gypsum board interior partitions, hurricane/security door/window/wall systems, and a hybrid modified bituminous roof system. Interior finishes include carpet, ceramic tile, resilient flooring, painted walls, acoustical ceilings, and raised access flooring. This facility will have an abundance of mechanical, electrical, security, and technology system upgrades.
