Steve has over 46 years of experience in project management, field operations and estimating in the commercial construction industry. As President of Durotech, he is primarily responsible for directing the firm's preconstruction activities. His open-book and open-door policies foster strong business and employee relationships that have spurred the company's growth and success.

Steve's construction experience includes multi-story office buildings, schools, churches, hospitals, museums, retail centers, industrial warehouses, design/build and fast track facilities.

Steve received his B.S. in Construction Engineering from the University of Florida. He has served as the Chairman of the Board, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer of the Houston Chapter AGC. He also has served as Vice Chairman of the AIA/AGC Joint Committee, the AGC delegate for the Construction Industry Council and serves on the AGC Political Action Committee. Steve is a member of the Partners of Youth Campaign for the YMCA and has frequently lectured for the University of Houston and the AIA Houston.

David has over 38 years of experience in the construction industry and over 34 years as a principal and CEO of Durotech, Inc. His primary responsibilities are management of the company and directing the development of systems and procedures that maximize the use of technology and innovative solutions. David works extensively with clients during the pre-construction phase to ensure quality and value. His determination to reach client budget and facility goals is absolute. Client satisfaction is his number one goal and that means empowering his employees with the tools, knowledge and motivation to do their ideal best on every project.

His experience includes all sectors of commercial and institutional buildings with an emphasis on educational facilities. In addition, he has an extensive background in working with the CM@Risk delivery system.

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Northeast Louisiana University and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
