"Durotech was contracted by Conroe ISD to provide Pre-Construction and Construction services for Oree Bozman Intermediate and Birnham Woods Elementary schools. We are proud to say that Durotech met the project completion date with great success. Furthermore, the Final Completion including punch list and required close-out documents was finished less than 60 days of the Substantial Completion date. In addition, due to savings and leftover contingencies, additional work scope to the project was completed in a timely manner as well. Durotech understands the importance of closing out projects on time and we value them as a Building Partner."
