fire stations for Harris County ESD No. 80. Early in the design phase of the projects, we brought Durotech in as the Construction Manager at Risk to help with developing a construction budget and cost saving strategies. Both of the station locations had some unique challenges that Durotech handled without impacting the cost or schedule. Durotech completed both stations on schedule and under budget."
