"East Harris County Communications Center was a highly specialized IT, electrical, and HVAC intensive facility serving multiple ESD Districts for 911 and also linked into central Harris County 911 Dispatch. Both projects required not only specialized construction management and coordination to meet the complex design parameters but also close and on-going warranty services follow-up to insure any geothermal services and conventional HVAC interfaced properly at Conroe, and the heavy-load HVAC remained properly controlled at East Harris Communications. Durotech provided these additional services to insure proper outcome and remained engaged with the Owner throughout the warranty period on these complex systems to provide any needed support."
