"Jeff Davis Hospital was built in 1924 and had been abandoned and sat wasting in Houston’s tropical climate for almost 30 years. The challenge became to restore a structure that had been abandoned, was decaying, had been vandalized but was historically designated and sat on top of a nationally designated archeological site. No matter how difficult the circumstances got Durotech did not back down, did not second guess, and did not waiver in their commitment to deliver our project on-budget, on-time, and at the highest standards that I’ve seen in the construction industry."
